Where is OneGuard Self Storage?
Our self storage facility is located in the Mallard Point area of Decatur, AL. The facility was formerly known as Mallard Point Mini Storage.
Are you close to downtown Decatur?
We are conveniently located 5 minutes from downtown Decatur in the Mallard Point area.
What neighborhoods to you serve?
Due to our convenient location in the Mallard Point area, we serve the entire Decatur area.
Do you have long-term agreements?
Nope. Our contracts are month-to-month, and you'll never be pinned down to a long-term commitment with us.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Nope. We will never require a deposit or any additional fees.
What holidays do you observe?
Our facility is open all year, but we are unavailable at our customer support and property management line on the following days: Memorial Day July 4th Labor Day Thanksgiving Christmas Day New Year's Day
When are your access hours?
OneGuard Self Storage is open for access 6am-9pm, and we're available by phone 8am-6:30pm CST, Monday - Wednesday and 8am-4:30pm Thursday through Sunday.
Do you have climate controlled units?
Yes! We offer climate controlled units in a variety of sizes - 10x10s, 10x15s, and 10x20s. Our climate controlled units stay rented, so act fast if you see an availability!
Do you offer drive-up units?
Yes! We offer drive-up units ranging from 5x10s to 10x20s. Our drive-up units are conveniently accessible.
What size units do you offer?
We offer units that fit any storage need. Our smallest size is a 5x10 and our largest size is a 10x20. Our middle units are generally our most popular: 10x10s and 10x15s. We offer climate controlled and non climate controlled drive up units.
How much does a unit cost?
Our units are intentionally priced below other facilities in the area to provide fair, convenient self storage to families in need of it.
How do I pay my bill?
We recommend paying your bill through our online system. Just select "Login" from the top right, select your location, log in, and set up your debit or credit card for autopay.
Do you provide automobile storage?
Yes! Our 10x20 units are perfect for vehicle storage. Customers frequently store their treasured automobiles in these spaces to keep them safe from the elements
